Buying and selling a home can be a very exciting but stressful time. My husband and I found this out as we set out on a quest to “downsize” from our home of 20 years. From beginning to end this process has taken us well over one year. We met Afton Marie when we requested a showing on a home. Our personalities just “clicked” and we knew this may just end our long journey.
We are very particular buyers with certain must have criteria. Afton was always willing to take the time for a showing we thought may be of interest. She also set us up to get emails regarding listings that met our search criteria. Finally, we have found the home we were looking for but that is not the end. The sale of our home followed and for Afton this was probably when her patience kicked in.
Afton was an advocate for us in both the buying and selling transactions. If we would ever do this again she would be our first person to call.
