When I became a licensed Real Estate professional more than 15 years ago, my background was in Real Estate marketing. Since Real Estate sales is really Real Estate marketing, my background, training, and education put me in the perfect position to excel. Hence, my first year in Real Estate sales I was named Rookie of the Year. Year after year, my sales accomplishments kept me in the top 14% of Realtors nationwide. Consistent performance, caring for my clients, and a love for the business turned out to be the secrets of my success in Real Estate. Over time, I realized that training, coaching, and mentoring others in the Real Estate Industry was a way I could give back to the industry…an industry that gave me so much. For the past several years, I have been the Managing Broker of two real estate offices in the Kansas City Metro Area. Overseeing these offices gave me the platform to train, coach, and mentor but did not give me enough time to help people realize the American Dream. In addition to training and coaching, I now bring my love of real estate to people needing a seasoned veteran – providing me the best of both worlds. As a lifelong resident of the Kansas City area, I know the things that make each city unique. As a CRS (Council of Residential Specialists), I know what it takes to get houses sold fast. As an ABR (Accredited Buyers Representative from the National Association of REALTORS®), I know how to get buyers the best deal possible. As a CSP (Certified New Home Sales Professional from the National Association of Home Builders), I know all of the ins and outs of building a new home and how to best represent buyers throughout the process.
